InsERT products integration

Orders from the company's own system flow into Subiekt GT automatically, with no duplicated manual work.

Client anonymised

Context

The company takes orders in its own order management system and handles invoicing in Subiekt GT from InsERT. The two programs ran side by side with nothing connecting them.

Problem

Every new order had to be copied by hand from the company’s system into Subiekt GT. The task was repetitive and slow, and the two data sets regularly drifted out of step.

Solution

We studied the existing order system and added hooks that trigger a sync whenever an order changes. A new service handles the writes to Subiekt GT, talking to it through the COM DLL interface (Subiekt GT Sfera) and exposing a REST API that the client’s system calls.

Outcome

Orders now reach Subiekt GT on their own, quickly and without anyone touching them. The client no longer has to check whether the two programs agree.
