Experienced developers join your team, and you stop recruiting for months.

They work in your tools and your processes for the length of the project. You pay us for real work done.

When it makes sense

  • You have a team and a process, but not enough hands to meet the plan.

  • You need experience in a specific technology that nobody on your side knows yet.

  • Recruitment takes longer than you can afford to wait.

  • The project has a start and an end, so a permanent hire makes no sense.

How we work

  1. Need and profile

We establish which technology and experience you lack, and for how long.

  2. Choosing people

We propose specific people you can talk to before you decide.

  3. Joining the team

The engineers work in your tools, on your task board and under your code review rules.

  4. Billing and changes

We bill monthly, per person. You can change the team as the project changes.

An example from our own product

We develop cwicz.to continuously: small releases, automated tests and code review by a second person. We bring the same habits into another team, using the tools you already have.

Questions we hear most often

How soon can someone join?

It depends on the profile. After a call about your needs we give a specific date, not a vague "within a few weeks".

Who manages the engineers?

You do. They join your process and report the way your team does. If you prefer, we provide organisational support on our side.

How does billing work?

Monthly, per person. We state the rate in the proposal before anyone starts.

Can I change the team during the project?

Yes. We agree the notice period in the contract so that changes are predictable for both sides.

Tell us what you are facing.

One sentence about what bothers you most today is enough. We will work out the rest in a call.
