From idea to a working product, with one team.

Design, build, launch and maintenance in one team. We ship our own products, so we know what happens after the launch.

When it makes sense

  • You have an idea for an app or platform and no team of your own to build it.

  • A previous vendor finished the project, but nobody can extend or maintain it.

  • You need a product that will survive growth: more users, more data, more languages.

  • You want one partner from design to maintenance instead of coordinating several companies.

  • The product has to run on the web and as a mobile app, and the two must feel like one.

How we work

  1. Call and scope

We agree what the first version should do, for whom, and what can wait. You get scope, timeline and cost.

  2. Design

We prepare the screen layouts and the architecture. You see how the product will work before any code exists.

  3. Build in stages

We work in short stages and show working versions that you can actually try out.

  4. Launch and maintenance

We deploy with monitoring and stay after the launch: fixes, updates, further development.

An example from our own product

cwicz.to is a platform on which a trainer runs an entire online business: courses, plans, bookings and group classes, sales pages, chat and a forum. We design, build and maintain it exactly the way we do for clients.

Questions we hear most often

How much does it cost to build a product?

It depends on the scope. After the first call we prepare a proposal with scope, timeline and cost, so you decide on numbers rather than slogans.

Do I need a finished specification?

No. A description of the problem and the target users is enough. We write the specification together during the scoping stage.

Who owns the code?

You do. After acceptance the rights to the code pass to the client, and the repository is yours from day one.

What happens after the launch?

We can stay on the product: fixes, library updates, new features. You can also take it over with your own team. The documentation exists to make that possible.

Tell us what you are facing.

One sentence about what bothers you most today is enough. We will work out the rest in a call.
