Problem
The client has a travel management system for both of the travel service provider and the consumer. The existing solution, even though it allows users to make orders, it does not have more internal communication options.
Challenge
The client needed a solution that would allow communication between users. For this purpose, the following components are planned:
- Chat between users
- Providing each user with a board where they will share their travel experiences
- Travel Forum
In addition, this solution had to be integrated with the existing system.
Solution
In order to solve the problem, chat, board, and forum components were designed and implemented. They have been integrated with the existing system using the REST API.
Result
Integration with additional components, the application has become much more functional and reaches a larger group of recipients. In addition, due to better communication, the number of problems related to misunderstandings and fraud accidents has been significantly reduced.
