Problem

The client has a system for order management in the company. Sales are handled by SubiektGT software developed by InsERT. With each new order, the company’s employees must manually synchronize the SubiektGT program with the company’s system.

Challenge

The client needed a solution that would allow two products to be connected. SubiektGT is complex software, which makes integration complicated. It was necessary to analyze the customer’s existing solution and to skillfully edit it in a way that after updating the orders in the system, the data would be synchronized with the SubiektGT program.

Solution

To solve the problem, a new service has been written for data management in SubiektGT. The integration was carried out using the COM DLL interface provided by Subiekt GT Sfera. We exposed the REST API on the website, and then, after an in-depth analysis of the client’s system, we integrated both products.

Result

Integration with the SubiektGT software saves a lot of time. Since the introduction of the new solution, the customer does not have to worry about desynchronized data between the two products.
