Problem

The client has ERP Optima software used in the company and another ERP system that will replace it. Due to a large amount of data, it is too time-consuming to rewrite them manually.

Challenge

The client needed a solution that would allow the transfer of data from ERP Optima to another ERP system. Due to the complexity of Comarch software, integration is time-consuming. The solution required the full import of complex datasets and documents.

Solution

In order to solve the problem, a new service was written for importing data from ERP Optima. The integration was carried out using the COM DLL interface provided by Comarch. We exposed the REST API on the website, and then, after an in-depth analysis of the client’s system, we integrated both products.

Result

Integration with ERP Optima software saves a lot of time. Since the introduction of the new solution, the customer does not have to worry about rewriting data between systems.
