Problem
Accountants create invoices and reports summarizing sales from recent months. There is no tool that would automate the steps taken by employees and independently generate the necessary documents each month.
Challenge
The client needed a single software solution to minimize the complexity of the process. This means that the product must include additional integrations that will replace functionalities of the existing system.
Solution
The most important part of the project was to facilitate the work of accountants without the need of using another tool at the same time. The created system was to replace those used previously.
The solution also includes an advanced, fully manageable system of authorizations for individual functionalities, consisting of roles and their groups. Then, we can limit the visibility of individual documents depending on the function performed by the employee.
To facilitate employee verification, the system was integrated with the company’s existing software, managed so far by the client. This allows you to log in to the application with the same data that they use every day at work.
Result
Thanks to the new system, the client’s employees can work with greater efficiency and focus on more demanding tasks.
